Frank Harrison, Principal and Managing Member

 

 

 Frank has over ten years in real estate and corporate finance and has underwritten and closed nearly $150 million in transaction over the last several years, and specifically he has closed almost $40 million in real estate loans just in the last year.  His goal is to bring PAF’s loan portfolio to at least $100 million by the end of 2007.

 

From 1984 to the mid 1990’s Frank worked in both the accounting and consulting business including serving several years as a manager at PriceWaterhouse Coopers, an international professional service firm. 

 

Frank combines his financial background with a “hands-on” understanding of real estate as he has also in recent years built several high-end homes in Fairfield County, Connecticut.  In a business where time is very critical, his expertise allows him to quickly assess deals and respond in a very timely fashion.
